The module comprises four main parts, each one contributing to an understanding of what is required to implement project service quality assurance procedures for Built Environment projects. The breakdown of this module is as follows:

 Part 1 – Establishing roles and responsibilities, organisational structures and communication channels.

Part 2 – Evaluation of the quality of project documentation.

Part 3 – Development of project information management systems.

Part 4 – Preparation of project close out systems.
