    The module comprises six main parts, each one contributing to an understanding of the procurement selection process for Built Environment projects. The breakdown of this module is as follows:

    Part 2 – Developers and clients

    Part 3 – Design solutions

    Part 4 – Preparing financial feasibility studies

    Part 5 – Other consultants

    Part 6 – Presentation of the financial feasibility study



  • A selection of interviews with participants in the construction / property sector that showcases the personal attributes  of successful entrepreneurs. Without such characteristics, property development projects struggle to be either broadly feasible to pursue, or financially viable.
